Spotify Insights and Analytics Research Project

In ADPR 3400, each group was tasked with researching a brand throughout the entirety of the semester. My group chose to research Spotify. Through conducting our research, analyzing readily available information, and conducting multiple surveys, we were able to come up with ideas and recommendations for how to improve Spotify to appeal to a wider range of people. We used quantitative research, qualitative research, focus group interviews, and the Qualtrics Survey Platform to gather out data.
